I love to guide, support and nurture busy individuals to live and sustain a lifestyle of health, wellness and balance. In a world where we are available 24/7 and our lives and the lives of others are documented on social media, we strive to embark and maintain a healthy and active lifestyle – this can lead to stress, confusion and just too hard! That’s where I come in.
I am a wife, a mum to three and a yoga lover in training! I believe that food is medicine and that our bodies were designed to move – I also believe that everybody is different and there is no one program fits all.
I spent years climbing the corporate ladder, juggling children, work travel and long hours all the while trying to fuel my family with healthy nutritious meals and be a strong and healthy role model. On top of all those demands I also had a wide circle of friends with whom I wanted to maintain and nurture these relationships.
I found myself overcommitted, constantly juggling and with all that “going on” I wanted to be “perfect”. I wanted to please everyone and expected only the best of myself. When I look back now I realise that I was not present and I was missing out on living!
After a particularly stressful and exhausting Christmas period with work, I spent Christmas Day exhausted before going back to work on Boxing Day. I decided then and there that I was not longer going to be a half-present mum and wife. I was not living in alignment with my values.
With absolute terror, I left a career with opportunity, security and the comfort zone of a full-time job to build my dream business and lifestyle. It is a culmination of passion, integrity, love and support that have invested in my own wellbeing!
The road is long and is filled with highs and lows, but, it is such an honour to help nurture and nourish the bodies, minds and souls of all that I work with as a health coach in Sydney.
